  1. Make ready 1 stick butter or 1/2 cup
  2. Take 1 1/2 cup uncooked macaronis
  3. Take 5 cup shredded cheese ( I used sharp )
  4. Take 1 -salt & pepper
  5. Prepare 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  6. Take 4 oz cream cheese
  7. Get 4 cup milk

  2. Melt butter in a large sausepan.Add flour. Cook 1 minute. Add milk. Stir till it gets thick. Add cream cheese when melted add 3 cups of cheese.stir till melted and combined. Add cooked macaronis. Stir until well coated. . Pour into a 13x9 pan. Top with 2 cups more of cheese Sprinkle with a little parsley. Bake at 350º. For 20-30 minutes or until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
