  1. Spray 9 x 13 glass casserole dish with cooking spray & set aside
  2. Cook macaroni in a large pot according to package directions. Then drain, rinse & return to large pot & set aside.
  3. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add flour & stir until bubbly (about a minute). Add milk slowly & stir until slightly thickened. Add cream cheese & stir until completely melted & season with salt.
  4. Carefully pour cream cheese mixture over the cooked macaroni, stir to combine while adding shredded cheese.
  5. Pour mixture into casserole dish & bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
