  7. Now add sugar and chopped almonds mix. Again let it simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  8. Now add cardamom powder and mix.
  9. Lastly add rose water and stir.
  10. Now check the consistency of the kheer. It should be thick and when you pour a ladleful of it back to the pan, it should drop in the same flow.
  11. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot pumpkin kheer.
