  2. Make ready 200 Gms Khoya
  3. Get 2 cups Milk
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 Cup Sugar or Jaggery As per choice
  5. Take 8-10 Sliced Almonds
  6. Get 8-10 Sliced Pistachios
  7. Prepare 2 Tbsp Ghee
  8. Get 2 Cardamon Powdered
Steps to make Kaddu Ka Halwa(Pumpkin):
  1. Assemble all the ingredients.
  2. Grate Pumpkin. Take Ghee in a broad vessel, roast Pumpkin on medium flame for 3 -4 minutes.
  3. Add milk to it and cook on high flame for till it becomes dry(milk gets absorbed).
  4. Add khoya and roast on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  5. If using sugar, Add sugar to it and cook on low flame till ghee leaves sides. Add Almonds and Pistachios, mix well. Garnish with Almonds. Serve hot or chilled.
  6. If using jaggery. Add Jaggery to it and cook on low flame till ghee leaves sides. Add Almonds and Pistachios, mix well. Garnish with Almonds.
  7. Halwa is ready to serve. Can be served hot or after refrigerating for 2-3 hours.
