  1. Wash peel and cut pumpkin to small cubes.
  2. In a pressure cooker heat ghee and roast pumpkin for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add very little water and pressure cooker the pumpkin for 2 whisles.
  4. When cooker cooled down open the lid and roast pumpkin on slow flame by mashing pumpkin by spetula.
  5. Add little ghee if needed.
  6. When it turns to light brown add sugar, nuts and elaichi powder.
  7. When perfect colour comes and halwa leaves the sides it means it's ready to be served.
  8. Serve by spreading nuts on the top.
