  6. Draw parallel lines on the rectangle with a rolling wheel without touching the edges
  7. Apply water on 4 edges of the rectangle and fold it
  8. Again fold the rectangle and now it is 4 layered.
  9. Fold the top and bottom edges backwards. Now it looks like a leaf.
  10. Now insert bottom edge into centre of the leaf.
  11. Insert and pull the edge out
  12. Prepare leaves with all dough and deep fry them in oil
  13. Prepare sugar syrup with 100 ml sugar and water.
  14. Boil it for 5 minutes and add cardamom powder.
  15. Now soak the fried leaves in prepared sugar syrup
  16. After soaking for 5 minutes arrange them in a plate and garnish them with cherries, tutti fruitti and jeera toffee
