- In a pressurecooker add all the chopped veggies except onion, tomatoes & capsicum
- Put one glass of water in it & add salt,& 1 tbsp pav bhaiji masala
- Cover the lid & cook for 5 min
- Take a pan,pour 1 tbsp of oil in it,add chopped onions, chopped garlic & cook till they become brown in colour,now add 1 tbsp of pav bhaiji masala & salt,stir for few sec then add grated tomatoes,chopoed capsicum& cook till oil start spreading from the corners
- Slow the flame & put boiled veggies with the remaining water in it
- Cook till all the water is absorbed& mashed them,add lemon juice & mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves & grated cheese
- Serve hot with butter roasted pav
