  4. Add Boiled Noodles and Mix everything well. Add Black Pepper Powder, Soya Sauce, Vinegar and Chilli Sauce. Mix all ingredients well.
  5. For the dough. Knead the ingredients together to form a dough.
  6. For Spring Rolls Place one wrap on a flat surface. Add and spread some noodles on the wrap.Leave some room on the sides. Fold in the sides and roll. Once you reach the end, put some batter on the edges and roll. this will help seal the edges. Repeat the process for all rolls and keep aside.
  7. For Shallow Frying. Heat some oil until medium hot. Add spring rolls and fry on both sides until golden brown. Garnish with Spring Onion Greens and Serve with hot sauce
