- When all of this got well mixed, I added soy cooking cream and a bit of soy milk, just so that the sauce was not so dense but nice and creamy. To finish the sauce I chopped some parsley and mixed it in.
I love zucchini noodles and avocado! Great way to eat more fiber and healthy fats! Cook rice noodles according to directions. Rinse noodles in cold water, add some vegetable oil to make sure they do not stick together and set aside when done in a strainer. I actually just used the sauce today with some sauteed mushrooms and zucchini as a side veggie stir-fry dish to the sweet.
