  10. Take Desiccated Coconut, For Dredging

Rörde ihop lite chokladbollar igår (jag brukar inte vara PK, men när det gäller detta bakverket så är det nog bäst att vara det). Nu har de varit i kylen och de var de godaste jag någonsin har gjort! You should get 8 chocolate balls.

Roll and pack each ball tightly.

  1. In a shallow bowl, add desiccated coconut.

Roll the balls into the coconut, making sure they are coated fully.

Transfer into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hrs, best overnight.

Serve.
