- Take 100 g pure maple syrup
- Get 150 g demerara sugar
- Take 300 g porridge oats
- Take 25 g plain flour

- Take 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

- Preheat oven to 180 and line your baking tray with parchment paper

- Pour the butter mixture on to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
