  1. Make ready 1 Large bag of medium shrimp, peeled and no tails
  2. Prepare 1 medium Sweet onion, diced
  3. Make ready 1 large Zucchini, diced

  5. Get 6 Baby portobella mushrooms, roughly chopped

  13. Prepare 1 Bottle of Orange Sauce, any brand will do
  14. Take 3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  15. Get 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  16. Get 1 can water chestnuts, drained and rinsed
  17. Take 1 packages Broccoli slaw

Have the peas and stock nearby too, as the first part of this stir-fry comes together quickly. Also, drain the tofu in a strainer or colander and. Stir-fry, making sure the shrimp get plenty of time on the hot surface, until they are cooked through, just about all the liquid has evaporated, and the Stir-fry briefly, then transfer it all to a plate, sprinkle on the remaining peanuts and chives, and serve with the lime wedges.   2. Add your broccoli slaw, Sesame seeds, soy sauce, Teriyaki sauce, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, and Tofu. Let the slaw become tender.
  3. When the ingredients are nice and soft; add shrimp. Be sure to mix the shrimp together so it can cook evenly! Let cook until almost all the way pink. Then add the Orange sauce!
  4. Let simmer for 10 minutes and remove from heat! Serve with your choice of side! We had ours with rice!
