In a frying pan add oil and let it heat on medium flame. Deep fry the muthia until golden brown. Remove from oil and let them cool. Fry the almonds, pistachios and cashewnuts.1. Crumble the cooled down muthias and grind them in a food processor resembling bread crumbs. Grind the nuts coarsely. Sieve the churmu thru a sieve. Add cardamom powder, coconut powder,nutmeg powder, nuts and saffron. In a pan add sugar and water and make sugar syrup of 2 string consistency. Add the syrup to the churmu and mix well. Add in the ghee and mix. Transfer in a greased tray and garnish with nuts. Let it set. Cut to desired pieces and enjoy
