  6. Deep fry these until they turn golden brown then remove and place on a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
  7. After frying, in another pan, add the sugar and water, place on the stove and cook the sugar until it starts to boil. At this point u can leave it as it is or add flavor if you would like to take it up a notch like lemon, strawberry etc.
  8. After adding your flavor, stir this for a few minutes then remove from the heat.
  9. Add your kaimati's into the sugar syrup and mix until every kaimati is coated.
  10. Place on a bowl and ENJOY!!!
