  2. Put Quinoa into small pan and add water
  3. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 15/20 mins
  4. Add sprinkle of salt, pepper and corrianda as it simmers
  5. Leave to cool
  6. Add cucumber, tomatoes, spring onions and olives
  7. Finish off with salad dressing of your choice
