- Cover the top with sliced strawberries,then transfer to the oven and baked for 25-30 minutes,until golden brown and cooked through
- Allow to cool in the tin for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely,
- Dust over the icing sugar if u preferred
Replacing the Flour with Almond Meal created a super moist and light flourless cake. The Strawberries brought a nice mix of sweetness and acidity. Add in half the dry ingredients and mix on low speed. Add the limoncello to the bowl, followed by the remaining dry ingredients. Allow the cake to cool fully before topping with sliced strawberries, or the fruit of your choice.
