  1. Get 20 seedless dates
  2. Get 3/4 cup oats quick rolled
  3. Get 1/4 cup chopped almonds & cashewnuts
  4. Get 4 tsp ghee
  5. Get 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
  6. Get 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions to make Dates Lolly pop:
  1. Soak dates in very hot water for two or three hours. Grind the dates into a smooth paste using a little of the water in which they were soaked.
  2. Dry roast almonds, cashewnuts & white sesame seeds.Dry roast oats separately till fragnant.
  3. Cool & grind oats & nuts into a coarse powder.
  4. Heat two tsps of ghee in a non-stick kadai & add the date paste. Mix well & cook on low flame for three to five mints.
  5. Add ground oats-nuts mixture & mix well.Add two more tsp ghee & mix well.
  6. Cook till the ghee starts leaving out the sides (four to five mints).Add cardamom powder & mix well.
  7. Remove the mixture from heat & let it to cool slightly.
  8. Apply some ghee on hands & shape the mixture into small laddoos,insert a lollypop stick if needed. Let cool throughly.
