- Make the vanilla ice-cream. Pour the fresh cream into a processor or stand mixer and whip until slightly stiff peaks form. Pour in the condensed milk and vanilla and gently fold the mixture.
- Add the brownie pieces and fold them in. Pour half of the ice-cream into a 2L container, top off with a few pieces of the left over brownie and drizzle chocolate sauce over.
