  2. Fry tortillas in oil
  3. Fill the tortillas with meat,roll them up
  4. Mix the sauce cook for 5 minutes
  5. Spread on the sauce,and cheese
  6. Bake until the cheese is nice brown

Bake uncovered until the enchiladas are cooked through and the edges of the tortillas get slightly crispy. Coat large saute pan with oil. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
