When the chicken is done, lift out of the tin, sit in a new dish, cover loosely with foil and leave to rest.   3. After one hour in a pan add ghee and keep the chicken on ghee sprinkle some tandoori masala over it cover it with lid and let chicken gets roast on medium flame for 15 minutes
  4. Now turn the chicken on other side let it also cook for 15 minutes.. Now as the chicken gers cook completely… In a same pan.. Place bowl with coal in centre of pan.. And put some hot ghee on that coal and cover pan with lid lfor 5 to 7 minutes let it get some roasted smoky flavour
  5. Now the chicken is ready serve it and enjoy☺️
