Instructions to make Tandoori Chicken :):
- In a bowl add ginger/garlic paste, red chilli powder, chat masala, tandoori masala, cumin powder, oil, curd and salt. Mix it well. Rub this mixture over the chicken and marinate for three to four hours in a refrigerator.
- Place marinated chicken pieces on preheated griller or tandoor. Baste chicken with oil at regular intervals. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of pieces, turning once or twice, or until cooked through.
- Once done remove from the tandoor or griller and set aside. Sprinkle chaat masala powder and serve with onion rings, lemon wedges and green chutney :)
