  1. Prepare 500 g tilapia fish fillet
  2. Take 2 tsb cooking oil
  3. Take Onion rings
  4. Make ready 1 little coriander leaves chopped
  5. Prepare 1 tsp tumeric powder
  6. Take 1 lemon for lemon juice
  7. Take 1 Chopped garlic
Steps to make Pan Fried Tilapia Fish:
  1. Marinate the fish fillet with tumeric powder, lemon juice and garlic powder for 90mins
  2. Heat cooking oil in a shallow frying pan. Dip the marinade to fry on one side then toss to fry on the other side.
  3. Keep tossing on both sides till 3 tosses.
  4. Add the onion rings and coriander leaves.
  5. Add 1 tsp chilli and a pinch salt according to your taste.
  6. Cover and allow to cook for 5mins.
