- Knead the dough till smooth and elastic and it does not stick to the hands
- Put in the dough an oiled bowl and apply a bit of the oil on the dough as well. Cover with cloth and put in a warm place to rise
- Let the dough rise to twice it's size
- Punch it down and knead for a minute. Divide into equal sized balls and arrange them in a deep baking tin.
- Cover and put back in a warm place and let rise to twice the size. Brush top of buns with milk mixed with melted butter
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25minutes
- Heat the 2Tbsp of sugar and water till sugar is dissolved. Brush with hot syrup as soon as the buns come out of the oven to make them shiny
