- Add salt, sugar, butter, milk and vanilla, and beat the mixture with beater till well blended,now add buttermilk mixture and beat again.
- Now add maida mixture and fold with help of spatula and mix well.
- Pour this mixture in the cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 30 to 35 mins or till a skewer, when inserted, comes out clear.
- Cool the cake and slice into two portion. In a bowl take sugar and add the water and leave it for 15 min. and sugar syrup is ready.
- Moist the one cake base with sugar syrup mixture and repeat with second portion also.
- In a large bowl take the chilled cream and icing sugar beat it with the help of beater or hand blender till smooth and fluffy.Now add coffee and beat again.
- Spread the whipped cream one portion of cake and put the second portion cake on it. Now spread the cream on second portion of cake and make the designs with the help of piping bag and decorate with chocolate and as you wish.
- Cool it for 1 to 2 hour then cake is ready.
