  1. In a gallon size zip bag add the cut up chicken and the flour fasten and shake the bag so as all the chicken is coated.
  2. Take the chicken out of the bag. The excess flour throw it away.
  3. Add the coconut to a wok or skillet.
  4. Wait until its melted then add the chicken fry on medium heat until the chicken is all golden brown all over about 10 minutes.

  7. In a bowl grate the oranges zest too.
