Mix all together and mix well. Mix in as you add the ingredients.. Trim any excess fat and season the chicken thighs. Put the oil in a large pan, add the chicken and colour on all sides.

- Add the chilli oil to a deep based frying pan heat up then add the onions fry for 1 minute. Then add the chilli powder chillies and Garlic
- And the Wholegrain mustard. Stir to mix then add the chicken and fry until chicken is coloured no pink add the Basil then cook for 5 minutes on medium heat stirring it around often.,
- Next add the chicken stock stir in then add the spinach.
