While water heats for the pasta, in a large sauté pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking up beef until it is completely browned. Drain grease from pan if necessary. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, basil, oregano, salt and water.   1.   2. Let sauce cool.then blend by pulsing in the blender until decently smoothened,then set aside
  3. Now on lowest heat/ steam cook the chicken.keep turning the pieces so that chicken cook evenly and changes color,taste for spices and add as required..add a bit if water to help steam the chicken as it needs to cook through and liquids coming out run clear making sure removing all rawness,without overcoocking the chicken.please note that the waters added at this stage or any of the prep stage eg cooking the veggie or adding to the sauce should not be entered at last stage of the dish!!!
  4. This step important for chicken to be tender and not dry out.can add some easy cooking greens of choice and some carrots or sweetcorn.or both.just for color (in this recipe)
  5. When chicken is done add half large lemon juice and turn heat of..Let cool completely before start hand held separating.amazing hand shredded chicken pieces thank u kiddoz!!! Alhamdulillah,make use of little helping hands and giv them a go!!!
  6. .mean while,boil 2 trips of water(about 1 litre or so)in kettle and place in large enough pot to boil pasta in…then add little salt in water..heat upto boiling then add about 500 gram pack of past.then let cook until soft.try not to undercook or overcook
  7. Now,can prep your 2 types of cheeses and put together all your layering ingredients and tools.so that you have all you are using at your sight InshaAllah!
  8. Now,check for past cooked level.if slightly under you,can switch off and leave in its hot wayer until more tender,try not to hav it as falling apart pastas.then now set aside
  9. Start your layering in a rectangular metal or heat proof bake tray.(here used this due to fit on upper part of oven).start with some sauce at base,then some enof pasta to fill all the rectangular dish evenly as possible, add some broken up butter pieces and then layer the cheeses,then again some sauce without any water(well reduced),then shredded chicken pieces,chopped corri,and complete with a little broken butter pieces again cheese again as can be shown on the pics InshaAllah
  10. Lastly,at top the veggies together with the lovely herbs and spices such as…black seed and generous sprinkles zatar, some sunna foods Alhamdulillah and great for digestion too
  11. Then place in main oven or top oven.bake at high until golden and cheeses nicely melted and bubbling…
