Season the steak strips with House Seasoning, then dust with flour. In a large skillet, quickly brown them on both sides in the olive oil and butter. Remove the steak from the pan. Add the onion slices and mushrooms to the pan drippings.

Instructions to make Beef Stroganoff:
  1. In a crockpot, combine cube steak, golden mushroom soup, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook on low for 5 hours.
  2. After the meat combination has been in the crockpot for 5 hours, add the cream cheese and sour cream. Let these combine for 20-30 minutes before serving. Stir thoroughly so the cream cheese breaks apart.
  3. Boil your egg noodles until they're slightly underdone and add them to the crockpot. Let everything combine for 20-30 minutes and serve.

Sauté for a few minutes, until the onion is tender. Instead of parsley, garnish the stroganoff with thinly sliced fresh chives or green onion tops.
