Instructions to make Yaki Udon:
  1. Marinade sliced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder for 30 mins.
  2. In a pan. Add oil, Stir fry Sliced onion and garlic till translucent.
  3. Then add then chicken until it cook.
  4. Add all the vegetables.
  5. Add the sauce mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions. Enjoy.
