- Make ready 1 tsp Sugar
- Take 4 tbls water
- Take 1/2 tsp Cornstarch/ flour
Sweet chilli sauce can be spicy so feel free to use less than what I have recommended in the recipe. Also if you know of any super mild sweet chilli sauces that you can buy let me know! Add the peppers and fry for another couple of minutes. Remove the chicken and peppers and set aside.
Steps to make My Chilli Chicken & Mushroom Stirfry with Egg Noodles. 🤗:
- Ingredients
- Add the Egg noodles to a saucepan and water and boiling 4 minutes.
- Heat up the Wok add Chilli oil and Onions fry for 1 minute then add the ginger garlic and chillies chopped and fry for 1 minute.
- Next add the chicken strips fry until coloured then add the mushrooms and mix and fry for 5 minutrs on medium heat.
- Next mix your sauce and stir to mix. Next add the Egg noodle to a strainer. And add the shredded carrots and sweet pepper stir to mix.
- Next add the sauce and stir then add the noodles and mix then serve.
- Serve hot
In the same pan, add the garlic, red chilli, soy sauce, tomato purée, and water. Stir and simmer the mixture reduces and is thick and syrupy. Add back in the chicken and peppers and stir well in the sauce. Chilli chicken has a right balance of sweet, spice & sour tastes. My young kids too enjoy this without any problem.
