  3. In a small frying pan put 1/2 cup olive oil and the mizithra cheese. Let it fry until golden
  4. A few minutes before it's done, add the clove of garlic (thinly sliced) in the mizithra, to get the aroma!
  5. Rinse the spaghetti and put back in the pot. Add the fried mizithra (everything from your pan) and mix well, to coat the spaghetti. Then add the cherry tomatoes and the olives and mix again.
  6. In the same frying pan put some olive oil and fry your eggs. Make sure that the yolk stays runny!
  7. Put your spaghetti in a plate and place an egg on top, drizzling with some of the olive oil from the pan. Repeat steps 6 and 7 as many times as needed!
