  7. Lighty dust surface with flour. Take quarter of dough and roll out between 3-5mm thick
  8. Press desired shapes with cookie cutter and place it on baking pan
  9. With left over dough after cutting, add some new dough and roll out again. Continue this process until dough is finished
  10. Bake cookies for 15 minutes
  11. Cool cookies on drying rack
  12. Eat them as they are or decorate with royal icing
