- Chop Chorizo Sausage
- Grab a Small to Medium Pan and Splash some Cooking Olive Oil In It
- Add Chorizo to pan and start cooking. Gently turn them for a minute
- Boil kettle full of water
- Add a quater of a cup of wine after a minute
- Add Tomatoes
- Add Chilli and Garlic
- Add salt, pepper and sugar
- Add basil
- Cook at medium heat until it thickens (Stir occasionally)
- Boil a 2ltr pan of water (Add kettle water) and add a Tsp of Salt
- Add A Quarter Of A Pack Of Spaghetti once water is boiled (Per Person)
- Press spaghetti in slowly so that is softens on the way it and then stir it so that its seperated
- Cook spaghetti until Aldenti (Give or take 10 to 12 minutes)
- While cooking grate cheese
- Throw spaghetti at wall to see if done cooking (if it sticks. Its ready to eat)
- Take sauce off heat once its thick enough
- Drain spaghetti in colander and then place back in now dry pan
- Serve once spaghetti is done
