- Clean the beef and cut it cubes, and fry to brown it. Once it brown both side pour the stock and let it cook until the beef tender

- When you see the beef is almost tender, put the carrots into the pot. Saute the onions, garlic, pepper and nutmeg in the pan.
- Once the onions cook thru, you can see when the color became translucent, pour it into the soup, together with celery and the beans.
- Put some salt, sugar to taste, and serve with steam rice or just eat it like that!
