Steps to make Tuna steak with pistachio crust:
- I think you can do this in the mixer but I wanted a chunkier texture so I went for a mortar instead. Crush the pistachio and the pine nuts in a mortar. Set aside in a bowl and add olive oil so that it makes a paste
- Cook the tuna steaks in a VERY hot griddle pan. Count until 30 on each side and ready. Rest the steak on a plate and sprinkle the nuts on top - serve. Tuna steak is meant to be served pink (rare) so make sure that you buy fresh fish in the first place
