- Add chilli, ginger, garlic, coriander and stir for 3-4 minutes
- Add the sliced onion and add the cumin seeds. Cook for 10 minutes
- Add the tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes
- Add 200ml water and let it simmer for 2 minutes
- Add the chicken and then add another 200ml water ensuring the chicken is fully covered
- Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes with a lid on
- Add garam masala by sprinkling on top and leave to cook for 5 minutes with lid on
- Garnish with coriander leaves. And ready to serve!
