  1. Take chicken boil with salt ginger garlic and green chilli paste, 1 once it's done remove and shred the chicken. Then take veggies of your choice and thinly cut and saute in 2 drops of oil remove it after 2 mins do not cook too much it should be little crunchy.

Then take 1 tbsp butter put white flour and saute then put milk and keep on stirring see there are no lumps form in that put red chilli flakes and oregano then put chopped green chilli, one boil potatoes, put veggies and chicken and keep on stirring till the marination becomes thick then remove in a plate and shape like cutlet coat it with beaten egg and sev and keep it in the fridge at least for 1/2 hour and then deep fry it.
