  2. Get 1 kg Chicken 12 pieces boiled

  4. Take 1 cup Brown onion

  7. Make ready 3/4 cup Oil
  8. Prepare 1 cup Yogurt beaten
  9. Make ready 1/2 kg Boiled rice
  10. Take 1/2 tsp Saffron soaked in half cup milk
  11. Get 1 tbsp Kewra water
  12. Make ready 2 tbsp Ghee
  13. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  14. Get 4 potatoes cut in big pieces and deep fried till light golden
  15. Get 1 tbsp Whole all spice
Steps to make White Biryani:
  1. Heat oil fry potatoes till light golden and remove.
  2. In the same oil add whole spices, boiled chicken, ginger garlic paste, fry for 5 minutes till chicken light golden, remove from heat.
  3. Add yogurt, salt, pepper, allspice, onion and fried potatoes, stir well, spread boiled rice on top, pour ghee over rice, sprinkle saffron, milk, Kewra water.
  4. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on slow flame.
  5. Now white biryani is ready to serve.
