  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  8. Take 1 tablespoon Mirin
  9. Get 1 teaspoon Sugar
  10. Take Garlic OR Ginger as required

  5. *If you season with ‘Tare’ Sauce, pour the sauce over and let them combined. My ‘Super Versatile Sweet Soy Sauce’ can be used as ‘Tare’ Sauce, too.
