- Next add tomato, turmeric, salt and cook it
- Now add Chole masala and red chilli powder
- Fry it again for 1 to 2 minutes
- Add pressure cooked chole And fresh water
- Mix properly And add more water if u need
- Cover and simmer on low flame for 15 to 20 minutes
- When the gravy thickens add amchur powder And kasuri methi
- Now Serve chole with rice, Puri or bhature
